There is a $25 cancellation fee (per person) if you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment. If you cancel day of the appointment you are required to pay the total service cost per person, via Venmo, credit card or Paypal. After 15 minutes of a no-contact or no-show from client, Shelby may leave the appointment and charge client a late / no show fee of the total cost of service.
